As the name implies, FK2C caters backyard barbecues, cocktail parties, rehearsal dinners, weddings, brunch, afternoon tea and other special events of all sizes.

Chef owned and operated, From Ketchup to Caviar has been catering in The Berkshire’s since 1997. Christian Urbain began his training at age 14 in his native country, France. Lynne worked as a Show Director arranging conferences and trade shows for up to 10,000 before graduating from The Culinary Institute of America with honors in 1992.

Christian and Lynne owned and operated two successful restaurants in the Berkshires before devoting their time exclusively to catering. The first restaurant opened in 1997 as “Once Upon A Table”. In 2001, “From Ketchup To Caviar” was opened. FK2C was listed in Bon Appetit magazine as “Best of the Berkshire’s”; Zagat guide rated FK2C with a “ 23” for food and service. Other publications include: The Berkshire Guide, Best Restaurants of New England, Getaways for Gourmets and the Fodor’s Guide.

Off-premise catering includes events at: The Hancock Shaker Village, Shakespeare & Company, Berkshire Theater Festival, CATA (Community Access to the Arts), Jacob’s Pillow, Laurin Publishing, Close Encounters with Music, Berkshire Botanical Garden, The Norman Rockwell Museum, and numerous private parties.
